A set of seven decorative collector plates from the "European Songbirds" series, manufactured by Tirschenreuth, Germany, in the mid-1980s.

The plates were produced in a limited edition under the auspices of the WWF.
They are made of porcelain and decorated with 22-karat gold.
Production of this series ceased in 1986.
